My QUOSA Information Manager became reader (lost some functionality).
1. Verify that the computer is connected to to the Internet BEFORE starting QUOSA IM.
2. Ask the customer to Restore Default Settings:
1. Open QUOSA IM
2. Click on Settings->Restore Default Settings
3. After QUOSA restarts, it should get a valid registration from LS.
4. If QIM is still not restored to full functionality:
1. Rename quosa.ini file and re-register.
2. Navigate to:
3. C:\Documents and Settings\user_name\Local Settings\Application Data\Quosa
4. Rename quosa.ini file
5. When QUOSA IM initiates re-register
