How can I transfer my QUOSA data when switching from one platform to another (for example, PC to Mac)?

When switching to a different platform, data files cannot simply be copied or moved, the format of the files is different on the two platforms. There are two methods for the user to transfer data.
1. If the user's subscription includes Virtual Library the user can publish their local data into a VL from one platform and then download content from that VL into QUOSA IM on the new platform and transfer content to a My Folder folder within QIM on their new machine.
2. User may try exporting data into XML format file and importing the file into QIM on the new platform.
