What is an authorization code?
An authorization code is used by QUOSA for user identification. This code is sent to the user when they register but this code is not required during registration. The authorization code may be needed to further troubleshoot certain issues and the user may be asked to provide their code when responding to support questions. The next answer will explain how to retrieve this code when needed even if the original registration email is not available.
Where to find an authorization code?
If the original email received after registration is not available, the user's authorization code can be found with the following steps:
1. Open QUOSA
2. In menu Help > Copy Authorization Code to Clipboard.
3. The user's authorization code can then be pasted from the clipboard into an email or a text document.
