Searches / Folder disappeared after Windows or QUOSA IM crash

We can only recover the folders, which were previously saved to your hard disk.
To recover folders do the following:
1. Select Tools->Recover Data->my Folders. Follow prompts
2. How to move QUOSA’s data from old to a new computer
3. Locate Quosa data folder. Location can be found by selecting
Settings->Algorithm settings in QUOSA IM. Note location of data folder – default location is:
C:\Documents and Settings\user_name\Local Settings\Application Data\Quosa\Data
4. Copy data folder to desired location on new computer
