Error: A Runtime Error has occured. Do you wish to Debug?

User would need to disable script debugging in Internet Explorer using following steps.

1. Shutdown QUOSA
2. Open IE
3. Tools->Internet Options
4. Select Advanced Tab
5. Select 2 check boxes:
-Disable script debugging (Internet Explorer)
-Disable script debugging (Other)
6. Click OK
7. Start QUOSA
